Because we ship physical products, order fulfilment requires additional processing of the details you provide at checkout:

• Shipping address — your name, delivery/shipping address, city, postal code and country are used to pack, label and deliver your order, and are shared with the delivery carrier that fulfils your shipment.
• Order fulfilment records — order contents, order reference, dispatch and delivery status are kept so we can fulfil the order, provide tracking and handle any delivery issue.

• Billing data — our payment processor handles card and billing data to charge you; your card statement shows our descriptor. We receive only confirmation and a reference, not your full card number.

• To fulfil your order and deliver kits — performance of a contract.
• To manage memberships and recurring billing — performance of a contract.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support — legitimate interests / taking steps at your request.
• To retain checkout details you entered even if payment was not completed, so we can follow up on your order — legitimate interests; you may object at any time.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud — legitimate interests and legal obligation.

We share data only with processors that help us run the shop:
