We sell physical craft-material kits, single supplies and home organizing sets. Product images are representative; handmade results vary with your own technique and we do not guarantee the appearance of finished projects. All patterns and materials are plain or original — they contain no third-party characters, logos or artwork.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes payable on delivery. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order before dispatch. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

Payment is taken securely by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. Your card statement will show the descriptor BOARDWELL DIY.

Paid memberships (Maker, Workshop) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled. Benefits are for the current period and do not carry over. There are no points and no stored value. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and benefits at the end of the paid period. See Returns & Refunds.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

You must be 18+ to purchase. The site is not for children under 13; those aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to use it, and kits containing sharp tools or hot glue are for adult use. Follow all guidance in our Product Safety & Compliance page. You are responsible for verifying mounting surfaces and load ratings for wall-mount and load-bearing items.

Use of the site and products is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of tools or materials, or for results that depend on your own technique. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Refund and dispute handling follows our payment processor's standard refunds and disputes processes.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
