Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order (USD). Members receive free shipping on qualifying orders — over $40 for Maker, and on all orders for Workshop. We ship to the countries listed at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates after dispatch are typically 3–7 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally. All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak periods.

Kits that include a hot glue gun contain an electrical item. These are shipped in line with the carrier's rules for electrical goods, and delivery to some regions may take longer or be restricted. If we cannot ship an electrical item to your address, we will contact you to adjust or refund that item.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fee. Customs clearance can add time to delivery.

Please enter an accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional postage may apply).

Where tracking is available we email it on dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@boarbuil.shop and we will help trace it. Damaged or missing items are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
